Gareth Bale is on the verge of leaving Real after having a possible transfer discussion with Real President.
It is gathered that they both have reached an agreement. Having assessed the performance of the Welsh player so far, they then made decision on him.
In a meeting that took place a few days ago, the player and his representative Jonathan Barnett were alone with Perez. There the two parties reached a decision that the player will leave in the summer.

Perez wants at least 100 million euros for him, a figure that is worth hearing and lively for such a star.
Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur has not offered more than 60 million, an amount that Real sees as ridiculous and also discarded.
This so much means that, the only option to re-value Bale is to put in a good performance in the second round of the campaign. The Welsh player has to be careful this time not to re-injure himself and recover his best version.
